Product Warranty

Trailcrest warrants all its items to be free of defects in the materials or the workmanship for a period of ninety (90)days from the original date of purchase, if bought directly from our website. The apparel warranty covers defects in  the workmanship or the materials, it does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, regulawear and tear, exposure, extensive use, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials through time. If a Trailcrest  product is found to be defective, Trailcrest will replace the product with an existing comparable model.Trailcrest is  not liable for any damages, losses and/or costs incurred resulting from the loss of usage of our products.

 

Limited Warranty Policy Limitations

Warranty policy is subject to the following limitations:
All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
All warranty claims returned must have prior return authorization.
Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty.

How to process a warranty claim

When Emailing: Please include a picture of the item, proof of purchase, and a detailed description 
of the issue. Make sure address and phone number of customer is included.

Limited Warranty Policy Limitations

Trailcrest will cover the shipping costs on a replacement or repaired item. However, if the item needs to be shipped to  our inspection department, the customer will be responsible for that shipping cost.

If item was purchased from a second party retailer.

If a Trailcrest item was purchased from a second party retailer, it will be limited to the return policy of that retail venue.  Under no circumstance will Trailcrest be obligated to exchange, refund, or repair an item that was not purchased  directly from our website.
